Rubber Compensator

LBH Nordic Compensators AS's rubber compensators provide an effective and durable solution to the problems of handling wet gases and associated condensates in hot air and flue gas systems. The rubber compensators can easily absorb movements/vibrations in several directions and compensate for resulting misalignment. This type of product is mainly used when temperatures are below the dew point.

LBH's rubber compensators are suitable for continuous temperatures up to 200⁰C. Each joint is made from a single rubber material laminated with one or more reinforcement layers and vulcanized to form a solid, integral component. Rubber compensators are available in many shapes and sizes, but four rubber products represent the standard range of LBH Nordic Compensators AS - other materials are available for special conditions.

High-pressure rubber expansion joints are also available in various qualities and reinforcement layers, and with flange connections such as ANSI, EN or other standards on request.
